Nothing in the sheet is a published average. Every figure it works with is one you time on your own floor, which is the point: a national number for how long a med pass takes cannot tell you whether tonight's assignment fits in tonight's shift.
The nursing report sheet template is the sheet you keep. Work your assignment through it once, save it, and next shift it opens with your patients, your med passes and your own layout already on it instead of a blank photocopy. Print it without the free-plan line, put your unit's name and number at the top instead of ours, and export a run of shifts when somebody asks you to account for them. It is the same sheet the free page renders; what Pro adds is that it is still there tomorrow.

Work one real assignment through the sheet
Not a typical one: tonight's. Your patients, your med passes, your assessments, the admission you are expecting and the share of the shift your floor actually loses to call bells. The free sheet does that arithmetic on the page and prints it, and until you have done it once there is nothing worth keeping.
Save it, and let the next shift start from it
A saved sheet comes back with your patients, your layout and last shift's figures already on it, so the first ten minutes of a shift are spent reading rather than copying. That is the whole difference between a sheet and a template: a template is a sheet that was still there in the morning.
Put your unit's name on it and drop the watermark
A sheet that goes round a floor should say which floor it belongs to. Pro prints your unit or facility name and number at the top instead of ours and takes the free-plan line off the bottom, so what you hand to the next nurse looks like your ward's paperwork rather than a download.
Export the run when somebody asks for it
Staffing reviews, incident follow-ups and agency invoices all end in the same question: what did that shift actually look like. Exporting a month of saved sheets answers it from what you wrote at the time, rather than from what anybody remembers afterwards.
What nurses ask about the Nursing report sheet template
What does the template give me that the free sheet does not? The free sheet works your figures and prints them, every time, for nothing. The template is that sheet kept: saved against a shift and a set of patients, reopened next shift with everything still on it, printed without the free-plan line, carrying your unit's name rather than ours, and exportable as a run when you need to show a month of them.
Can the whole floor use the same template? Yes. The layout you save is a template anyone on your account can open and work, which is the point of keeping it: a floor that agrees on one sheet hands over the same way every night rather than a different way per nurse.
What happens to my saved sheets if I stop paying? They stay yours. Pro runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and after that you can still export everything you saved for ninety days. We do not hold your own working sheets hostage.
